Rooms are clean. Beds comfortable and continental breakfast is good. Staff is continually cleaning in the breakfast room. Will definitely stay here again. Very happy with the staff and accommodations. Thank you.

My husband loved the 4 pillows. Very clean, good security for parking. I loved the breakfast. You make your own. Take the frozen sausage/the cold egg omelet and put in microwave to warm up. It was very good, and the hotel doesn't have to worry about waste. Touch the start button and two warm pancakes pop out of the pancake machine. Now instructions for the pancake machine and how long to microwave the sausage and egg omelet would be helpful. No one knew how to run the pancake machine until my husband found the button. The location is near Costco (cheap gas) and there are lots of fast food places near it also. The bed was a bit soft for us, but there was an ice machine on the 3rd floor and a vending machine for soda. All in all, we had a great stay. ||||NOTE: there is no eleva

Had checked in at 4pm in the evening great service guy ever! We got it for two nights on long trip BK home and the manager just now, there is construction right above me with an empty hotel for one , they started throwing 1970 carpet in front of my window, mind you I have a legit service animal, and shit flying passed our window, and I get out cause nope not breathing it, an the manger ask what my problem is, so I break it down ppl rent hotels for two reasons business or relaxation not to be told to" they're almost done close your window"" and yes that's a direct quote. Even recorded it. Come BK in to hear her talking to her boss already so I kindly walked by an said no I don't deal with corporate either ma'am, I called OSHA. ONLY IF YR IN A BIND STAY THERE

Positive: Location was goodThey have a business corner where I was able to print out a very important document.The front desk lady was helpful to give me bond papers and was able to print The bed linens, towels are clean There's nice ice and vending machine Negative: the room has no dim light All lights were too bright The room is a little small They charged a pet fee but before there was none

Christy at the front desk was amazing made us feel very welcome and helped us alot. We have our Dad in the hospital so the location was awesome. We didn't notice until this morning we only had one wash rag but we're in such a hurry we didn't shower so no biggie really. And there was a bottle of frozen water in the freezer so housekeeping must have forgotten it. Over all a great stay. Thank you
