Hampton Inn & Suites Coeur d' Alene

FANTASTIC! The staff was amazing! They were all courteous, friendly and kind. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone we encountered was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful and CLEAN, and the hotel had all the amenities. The pool and gym were both open 24 hours which ive never seen before! Breakfast was great, there was plenty of food and it was all delicious. We met the General Manager, Sarai, and she was so kind and friendly and truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We will stay here every time we come to CDA and we cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

This may be the best Hampton I’ve stayed at in terms of the excellent/new quality and decor of the room, lobby, and breakfast area. It also had a balcony which few Hamptons have. The disappointments included a Breakfast that was very incomplete (no eggs, only “turkey” sausage, no donuts, and very little fruit). Also the shower pressure in the room was marginal (but unfortunately not out of the norm for many hotels who greatly limit their water pressure). General area location and view from the room was excellent. Front Desk staff were also very nice and friendly.

Definitely the best hotel in the area. Everything is brand new and updated. The property was very well kept and clean. The king room with sofa bed was huge and accommodated all 4 of us. Breakfast was great and the pool being open 24 hrs is such a huge bonus when you have kids. Snack selection was great as well. Annika (not sure of spelling) at the front desk was incredible. Definitely did not disappoint like some of the other hotels in the area. We will return soon!

I can't say enough great things about this hotel! If you have a family, or traveling with just your friends or significant other, stay here! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location is so central to everything. They answered all of our "tourist" questions and was always able to make recommendations. There was a little shop downstairs for all your basic needs, coffee water and tea served all day. Even hot cocoa packets for the kids and dog biscuits. We were able to check into our room early which was a plus. Microwave, fridge, coffee machine, large screen tv, lots of room, nice balcony view made our stay comfortable. All amenities like the pool, laundry and gym are 24/7. You will enjoy the free breakfast, especially your kids! It was well stocked and had a great variety of f
