Front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the happy hour during the week was nice with free drinks and chips. The rooms were accommodating and clean with nice amenities. They also have bikes that were free to use by the guests. The property is located in a very nice and quiet area.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good, and area was always clean and stocked. Pool area was clean, and putt putt was fun. Great area for dogs to do their business. Social hour was a nice touch, but wish it was nightly. Beds were comfy, and they had our favorite tea tree shampoo in the bathroom. Spacious accommodation with a nice little sitting area. As a picky previous front desk agent at a luxury hotel, I would 100% say to stay here.

We stayed here for two nights with our family of six during the holiday season, and it was a wonderful home away from home. The entire front desk staff was extremely helpful, professional and kind. They happily accommodated a late checkout since we had a midnight flight out of Spokane, which made our return trip much more comfortable. This team truly excels at customer service. The hotel location is well suited for exploring Couer d’Alene by car. The rooms were clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and hotel breakfast. The kids appreciated the big Tetris and Connect Four games in the lobby as well as the mini golf outside. We had a great experience here and hope to return!

Had a great stay! Reception area is beautiful. The staff were friendly & welcoming. The breakfast was great, & the room was a nice size with everything we needed. The washroom was honestly the best I’ve ever used super clean, well designed & bright enough! As we are EV owners, the 2 free Tesla chargers was a bonus & saved so much of our time. Only small suggestion: it would be nice to have an allergen-free room option (no carpets) & to switch to liquid hand wash instead of bars. Overall, a really enjoyable stay & highly recommended.

I’ve stayed here several times and this visit stood out because of Tucker Qualls a Guest Experience Ambassador who went truly above and beyond. I was staying with my mom during a very emotional family situation, and Tucker showed exceptional kindness, compassion, and care—he made a difficult time much easier. The hotel itself is beautiful: excellent breakfast, a welcoming lobby and dining area, spacious rooms with a separate sitting area, and a great location. Highly recommend, and special thanks to Tucker for outstanding service.
