Holiday Inn Express & Suites Coeur D Alene I-90 Exit 11 by IHG

My family and I had an outstanding experience at Holiday Inn. At check in they had cookies and ice water, plus thanks to the nice lady at the front desk our room got upgraded! Beautiful spacious room with comfortable beds and bedding. 24hr hour pool, hot tub and gym! We were super excited about that. Pool and hot tub was very clean, fun and relaxing. Amazing breakfast with a delicious variety of food and drinks. Super friendly staff. We were also able to DoorDash dinner right to our hotel room door! Thank you for the most pleasant stay! We will definitely be coming back!

We spent 3 nights at your Holiday Inn Express in Coeur d'Alene on Selstice. Your front desk manager, Sultan, was a most excellent host. Sierra was a joy, and most helpful, too. We were lucky to have met such wonderful people. The ladies in the dining area, Neecia and Madura were great too. They helped to make our getaway a pleasant one. I'm not sure that Andy is as happy there as the rest of your staff. He seems to be sad that his former place of employment, the Wolf Steakhouse, I think, burned down. We will stay at this same hotel if we visit Court d'Alene again Thanks! Oh, I chatted with the pool equipment main

Our room was on third floor, and was amazingly quiet. Room was very clean and spacious. There was a lounge chair, which was a plus for us. The staff was amazing! There was no water available for purchase, and she unlocked the juice machine. So I could get water to take my pills! It was New Year’s Eve, and extremely busy especially at breakfast!! Close to the interstate , but still pretty quiet. I had a discount for the hotel, but still mid range for price. Quite impressed with this hotel, will definitely stay again!

This is a WONDERFUL hotel. The room was so nice and clean and quiet. Monday thru Thursday they have a light supper and social time from 5 to 7. It was Very Good. Had a fried chicken sandwich, potato salad, slaw, chips and salsa, and lettuce and tomato. For dessert, there was cake and cream filled rolls. Menu changes daily. They offered beer and wine. It was really nice, and well attended. There were quite a few regulars around, and some new folks too. Neecia did a wonderful job of talking with everyone and getting us drinks. Thank you. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. We'll be back.

We live locally but needed a hotel for the night. This one was priced right and offered what we needed. It had an indoor hot tub and pool which were great. The hot tub did have a little too much chlorine, we could tell from the mass amount of bubbles put off by the jets but we still used it and survived. The room was nice and clean. The woman that checked us in was super sweet, I wish I had gotten her name but it was around 4pm on December 27, 2025. They served fresh baked cookies 7-9. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours which is super cool. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but the lady working it was so wonderful. Her name was Modera I think. Sorry if I spelled it wrong or got it completely wrong, I looked at the name tag but kind of blanked once I started this review.
