Best Western Plus Coeur d'Alene Inn

Since covid hotels are a crapshoot at best. We typically stay in casino hotels as their conditions are better. This was a breath of fresh air. No Hud housing vouchers (yes good brand hotels take them). Rooms were clean. Breakfast had a great set up staff was great Thank you...you guys should give lessons.

Positive: The big breakfast is one of the biggest reasons we always choose this hotel when staying in the area. They also have a good sized pool. Negative: Room 213 the bathroom door was a little hard to shut and I was able to open it from the outside when it was locked. The pool didn't seem as clean or warm as it usually is.

Excellent location for access to freeway [I90] but quite with no noticeable traffic noise. Reception staff very informative. Our rom was comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast included. All staff very friendly and efficient. Having a good restaurant on site was a bonus which saved a lot of time looking for dining options.

The best of everything here. Affordable, helpful and courteous front desk. Derek help make our stay so comfortable. We are so grateful. The breakfast was hot fresh and delicious, so much to choose from. The lobby had access to coffee and tea as well as a delicious cookie. Items to buy as well and a place to get water, too. The pool and spa are indoor, well lit and warm.

Savannah our cleaner for our room went above and beyond for our room! The hotel was super clean and accommodating and the breakfast was amazing for any best western we have ever stayed at. We will always stay here when visiting family from now on.
