Super 8 by Wyndham Central Pt Medford

I would love to give a zero star review but I guess that's not an option.. It's been about a year now since my husband and I rented a room to get a room for a date night. Upon entering the room, it was small, but looked clean, and we went about our night. While we were gathering our things in the morning though, I noticed a nasty dried up skid mark on the bottom sheet. I called housekeeping right away and showed them. You could tell it was old and dry, just gross! She called management up and she had the audacity to say "that had to have been you. I can smell it from here. Our housekeeper does an amazing job and there's no way she would have missed that" I beg your finest pardon? She was rude and very unprofessional. The desk clerk was extremely helpful and sweet. Gave me a room on first floor which I loved. Room was nice which was for handicapped which was helpful for me. Nice shower for handicap with bench seat. Bed was very comfortable.

Positive: Our flight was after midnight and staff was on hand for a seamless check-in. Location from the airport and to the interstate access was super convenient. Negative: Dirty vinyl flooring. Also a leftover almond joy bar was on the floor by the headboard.

Comfortable rooms, breakfast, hot tub, heated pool with slide. All great! The best part was a staff member named Christine. She personally came into the pool so that the kids could use the slide for Christmas. Thank you Christine.

I have never stayed at super 8 before and was worried it was like a motel 6…but was so wonderfully surprised when I checked in!!!! Was in town for a wedding and in a big time crunch…the front desk ladies were so very helpful and accommodating!!! I was able to check in a bit early…which saved the day bc I would not have made it to wedding on time otherwise…the room was great…they quickly help me get needed things like iron and iron board…etc! The room was comfortable and super clean! Then on checkout…everything was so fast and easy…I just couldn’t have had a better experience!!!! Thank u all for making it such a fabulous stay!!! :):):)
