Super 8 by Wyndham Bossier City/Shreveport Area

I would like to personally say that Crystal in the front desk in the daytime and Karim also front desk at night have made my stay unforgettable. I definitely will be returning and inviting everyone that if you find yourself in the area book your stay here. Staff went beyond to help me and I am forever grateful. It's hard to come by professional staff that are genuinely good and I thank you from the bottom of my heart! Great staff, great rooms, and welcoming for future stays! Thank you Crystal and Karim 🤗😊

Hotel was really quiet at night. The pool was locked but the guy unlocked it so the kids could get in it. It was a little dirty but I feel like it was out of season for it. Who knows. Checking in was a little uncomfortable though. The man behind the counter was nice but he was doing something on the computer so he asked the employee that was laying on the couch to get me checked in. It clearly inconvenienced her. I truly hope her day got better. Overall, if we travel to the area in the future I would definitely stay here again!

The front desk is extremely rude!! Made a reservation for our driver for one-night (threw Priceline) 11/26 – 11/27. That reservation went as expected. I had extended the hotel room to check back in on 11/27 to stay until 11/30 while trying to call in the phone was not working. So, I rebooked the driver through Priceline. Driver stayed on the night 11/27 then got back to the hotel to get in and was told on 11/28 the system was cancelled, and we needed to re-book. I did, as requested. Driver got back into the room and stayed the night, went to work and the room was canceled again when he came back. I tried to calmly talk with front desk on 11/29 to see what was going on and the lady was getting frustrated and had her manager on speaker phone and me on speaker phone. The manager on the phone

One of the nicer hotels in Bossier City, cleaning rooms great breakfast. Very convenient. The bathroom had a crack in the tub, but other than that no bugs soft bed always had coffee.

I normally don’t give bad reviews but I’m so upset I booked a king room and all I literally have is 2 pillows a king room has 4 pillows anywhere that you go .. then my smoking room had no ashtray I had to use a cup of water .. I spend too much money with this hotel chain to not have what i pay for. The guy at the front desk was sweet but made me feel like i was tripping when I stay here a lot and always get a king room
