Super 8 by Wyndham Augusta/Ft Eisenhower Area

I had a very nice day. It was quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. The bathroom was clean. I actually really enjoyed my stay!

Average stay. The guy at the front seat was nice and helpful even tho it seemed everyone waited until 11:45pm to call the front desk. He was professional with everyone and still took care of getting me my room through 4 people calling over the course of him checking me in and he stayed calm and respectful the entire time.

Roaches everywhere, everything was broken, no TV remote, shower didn't work, everything in this place was dirty. People wandering outside all night kept me awake someone banging on my door waking me up. Seriously just don't .

No!!! Stop!!! Don't do it!!! Never again!! Only reason I haven't left is because it's cheap and I drove from Alabama to visit my brother. I don't even know where to start... Hallways reek of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Stained carpets. My room is supposed to be non smoking, but you can tell it has been smoked in. Burns in the bedding. Next, nasty! Just nasty! Floors not clean, furniture not clean, tub may have been wiped down but not cleaned. Bathroom sink cabinet doors fell off when opened. Microwave hadn't been cleaned. Trash and filth behind and under furniture. Needless to say I didn't look under the beds completely as just looking behind them was enough. NO Heat!!! Clothes hangers were rusty. Ac/heat unit broken with front falling off. Not to mention that the outlet had previously

This Super 8 was absolutely disgusting. It’s needs to be renovated from the ground up. The whole motel smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The bed covers had stains all over them. Hair and pubic hairs in bathroom. A/C was rusted, water dripping from it. It had rained so there was water on the windowsill, curtain and floor. |We had three pets and would have easily left and went to another hotel near by but they didn’t allow pets.
