Super 8 by Wyndham Augusta

Jumping right in. So I was charged a no-show even though I can't control the airlines (not cool Delta) and all their shenanigans, and they wouldn't be reasonable and reverse that charge. The room did have a clean bed. But that sums up the positives. The sink had a leak that I ended up stepping in with bare feet. The bathroom door jam was busted up and had toilet paper wadded up and stuck in it. The smoke detector was ripped apart. Stains, shoddy paint job, mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Their site states that Breakfast is included and there was nothing. Not just "stuff I don't like", but nada. No breakfast was had. Just find a different place. Yes it was cheap and I don't expect the Ritz-Carlton, but this was so unacceptable.

Positive: Nothing Negative: There was no hot water, the continental breakfast was nothing as we expected & we waited for nearly an hour on staff before we could check in. My wife had a criminal investigator ask if she was a staff member. Unacceptable

1. Extremely dirty! One dead roach on main sink. Housekeeping had to use dirty mop water, because you could see the swirls on the floor with foot steps in them. 2. Exterior enter, sleep with your weapon and face the door. Due to the spacing around threshold of the door sketchy and undesirable locking mechanism.

Not a very good choice of properties to stay at . Several problems with the room and staff. Shower did not work, several fire code violations and general problems.

Absolutely horrible..plain nasty...black mold..drug area... TV didn't work the entire 2 days we were here..roaches. do not bring your family here. Toilet leaks when flushed. We were scared to sleep under the blankets. My daughter was scared to touch anything
