Super 8 by Wyndham Aberdeen East

The rooms was nicer than I expected. The front desk people are great. There are outlets outside for truck parking but you have to run the cord over the drive area a little. There is a huge parking area in the back.

Upon arrival, my key card did not work. I returned to the front desk. The clerk, politely walked back to my room with me and said I had to hold the card next to the door. Of course, he could not make it work either. He let me in the room with his master key and then returned to the front desk. A few minutes later, he reappeared with key cards that actually worked. The sink in room 101 has some gross stains/not clean? WiFi provided ok service but I had to log back on many times. This happened both in my room and the lobby area.

Every room is rented in this place because of travel workers and they can't even provide sugar for their coffee in the morning?!?!! There is no way they can't afford that for these guys. Poor service, dated rooms, noisey heaters, crappy Internet. Whoever owns this place is making hand over fist money and putting $0 towards improvements or giving a crap about its guests. If you have a choice, stay elsewhere!!! If you don't and are stuck here because of work ...good luck and Godspeed.

Positive: The only thing was the location Negative: The fact that I was charged $5 for an actual key is crazy. They wanted me to download an app to use. Also, the system for breakfast was different and the fact that it would take 7 business days for the deposit to go back on my card is crazy.

Poor, nobody around to clean. It was difficult just to get new towels for a four day stay. Bugs were bad, and the flowers growing around the building attracted them.
