Hampton Inn & Suites Aberdeen

Hotel is great. Room is clean and very nice, comfortable bed! Only downfall is the parking. Big trucks with trailers and even a semi were parked sideways in regular parking spots, about 6 trucks and rigs. They took up about 25-30 parking spaces when they should be parking in the lot behind the hotel. The parking lot was full with other guests. If the guests were elderly or a family with kids, this would be very inconvenient. Very disrespectful of the truck drivers to abuse the parking area.

Positive: the room was great, staff was awesome-especially cory who was working front desk! Negative: it was way over priced since it was last room available

Road trip, stop #3 - Our son lives in aberdeen and I have now stayed at this hotel several times after driving a long distance. I love the Hilton app for choosing our room and receiving a digital key in advance. The hotel is always very clean, the rooms are nice and spacious, no issues at all. The breakfast area is one of the best in any Hilton I've stayed in. Staff is always polite and on top of any issues. Highly recommend.

This is the hotel I book whenever I travel to Aberdeen, and it’s normally great. The customer service experience I received when I tried to call and change my reservation was terrible. The roads aren’t the best, and I wasn’t going to be able to make my reservation, so I tried to switch it to a different day. I was told that “I can’t help you. I could help you if a manager was here, but it’s a Saturday, so.” The gentleman I spoke with only told me what he couldn’t do. He made no effort to attempt to let me know what he could do. Terrible customer service.

Very nice, clean, well run hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good fitness room. Attached to a great restaurant so no need to leave or go outside.
