Positive: NOTHING TO LIKE!! MOST HORRIBLE GUEST EXPERIENCE EVER!I know of homeless camps that are cozier, cleaner and more accomodating than this place! IT was a filthy drug infested sleeze bag motel! Sean, the night auditor, didnt even have access to clean towels! Negative: A guest who was in the lobby when i was denied clean towels said "he can get you towels, he has a key but he is mad cuz he got ripped off for some dope earlier." I'll save my money and sleep in my car next time!

The room wasn't bad but it was a rough place. I booked on expedia for $48 and the guy said it was $65 unless I paid cash....so I did (fearing a double charge but they didn't). Don't take the bookings if you can't honor them. Some rough characters but I'm a single guy. I was on the road side and was EXTREMELY noisy while I was awake but it didn't wake me up.

They posted a room w 7 beds for $405/wk ($480 w tax) on Booking but upon arrival and asking for it, they said it wasn’t available and didn’t have 7 beds. If we reserved online, which would’ve been non refundable, I imagine we would’ve been out of a room and money. The guy was indifferent about it and when I asked for something that could accommodate 6, he said he had 2 adjoined rooms for $600+. Very bad business and poor integrity. (Proofs below.) On another relevant note: We stayed here before and honestly thought the upstairs walkways were going to fall off while walking to our room. The door was broken with no latch, the ”pillows” were flat, the room smelled bad and that’s the tip of the iceberg. Owners are rude and disrespectful. We had to move rooms twice, first no heater next the room was trashed and door wouldn't shut all the way. Then wake up to bedbug! Took it down to show the disrespectful sandy man and he refused to reimburse or provide us a nights stay free of charge! Unprofessional from top so not recommended this place for a short stay or even a long time stay either!

Horrible place to stay. They don't refund when you make a stay and it has bed bugs, mold in the fridge everywhere and the smoke detector is out. The TV was missing in my room like someone had ripped it off the wall. I didn't even stay here I got the room and returned my key and they swiped $330 from me. On top of all of that the owner was rude and blew me off ignoring the safety and cleanliness issues in the motel. I got bedbugs in my car now and I have to get it professionally cleaned. I see reviews now with the response of him saying he will fix it but clearly not. And I look forward to seeing you in court. My attorney will email you within the next few days. Read Missouri statutes 315.019 if you think I'm bluffing.
