Sunset Inn

This place is run down and roach, infested, they don't care about these rooms. No upkeep at all. Roaches crawling on you as you sleep. Terrible place that needs to be tore down.

The worst customer service and help for new customer. When I called for weekly rates. They told me $250 and room is available, you can come by and have your room. It was just 15 minutes..I reached up there and ask for room, lady at front desk showing too much attitude told me weekly rates are not available, you have to buy room at daily rate and you have to buy double bad room eventhough I was only one with out any, not even pet. After few minutes when I tried to buy room at daily rate, she told me that no room are available, you need to get out! Wow what a rubbish and disgusting lady and her worst customer service! Strongly and definitely NOT RECOMMENDED. Please go some where else, may be Budget Motel for the same weekly rate!

They told me that they don't accommodate disabled persons in a wheelchair and refused to let us get a room.

It was okay The service not so much. I missed our morning room service so later that afternoon I went to take the dirty towels down to the laundry The manager wanted to know why we didn't have our laundry ready when they came by to pick it up that morning I didn't feel like I owed them an explanation especially since he just talked to me like I was child So I just asked him if he was gonna let me get some clean ones or not He exchanged the dirty ones for some clean ones Then he proceeded to tell me next time I'd better have them ready when it's time the next day Like I'm a child !!!
