SHADY PINES RV PARK LONGVIEW TX

It's a great little park that holds true to its name. It's always quiet and well managed. The park owner/manager has always been honest, kind, respectful, helpful, and understanding during my 3 years of being a resident. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Thank you from the bottom of our heart!!! Our stay with James & Tia was fantastic!!! Very caring folks who I’m grateful to now call friends. Not a single problem in the campground. If I needed anything they were there in a heartbeat!!! Very quiet & secure!!! Knowing security is their utmost importance I felt safe to walk my dogs day & night. If weather was to be bad we were personally notified and kept safe!!! We experienced a medical emergency & the WHOLE campground pulled together & literally saved my husbands life!!! We are eternally grateful!!! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!!! We will be returning!!!!

Beautiful and quiet with lots of shade. Laundry is good. Close enough to shop without feeling citybound. The owner was very helpful in every way. Will definitely be back. I hope there's a spot it's a nice place, and I'm surprised it wasn't full.

My husband who is a traveling nurse and I stayed at this park for 6 months and we were both very pleased. This park was very close to both hospitals. The owners are wonderful. They helped us when we decided to buy a new fifth wheel and let us borrow there trailer to move our stuff to a storage unit and let us use there home for personal stuff we didn't want in storage. The park has a ton of shady. I never once worried about my trailer or myself. There are camera everywhere so if someone tries anything the owner will know.

Hands down, the best RV park i’ve ever parked at. The owners were super friendly and helpful, and actually showed consideration and care towards me. The spot is well shaded during the day time, and the neighbors are super friendly. If i’m ever in the area again, i WILL be stopping!
