Holiday Inn Longview - North by IHG

First thing I noticed about Holiday in is the cleanliness. I smelled fragrance as soon as I hit the door. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant even tho she was very busy. We had a bit of a problem finding the room due to the halls are a little mazey, but after we learned our way we had no problem finding our room. The inside of the rooms were clean as well with nothing out of place. The view out the window was suppose to be courtyard view but we could only see the roof. One of the perks of the room are the soft pillows and soft but firm mattress. We are having an excellent time here.

THIS Location in longview.. I have nothing bad to say.. I've stayed in these hotels in different cities an this one is by far the best.. The Room itself almost looked like a luxury room..When I say they clean the rooms, they clean.. The furniture looks well taken care of. The couch was nice and comfortable. BED EVEN more.. the bathroom was actually clean and well stocked . NO patch work from repairs or mold around tub like I've seen in some others... Breakfast food was fresh. Front desk personel very nice. The only issues I was was figuring out how to use the tv/remote and channels...

I stayed for a business meeting, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was kind and friendly, the check-in experience was quick and easy, and my room was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable, the electrical outlets were convenient, the bathroom was spotless and the shower/bath was perfect. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast both mornings during my stay, and our meeting room was spacious and well-maintained. I also thought the hotel was a tremendous value. I would welcome the opportunity to come back one day.

We had to stop in here last minute due to severe weather on our drive. Jonathon did an incredible job of getting us a room that would accommodate all of us. He even called another location to see if they had a better option for us. He had a great attitude and really made us feel welcomed. We were so grateful to get a room that was clean and large. The breakfast was okay, but the woman that was tending to the breakfast area kept the food coming out and clean. The bed and the sheets were soft and comfortable. It was a great last minute stay! We will be back again when we return to Longview.

Love this hotel. Travel to Longview often and this hotel is best in town. Wonderful location (on the Loop, which offers a great variety of shopping and dining), clean and comfortable rooms, friendly service, and a good breakfast buffet too. Highly recommend!
