Sunlight Motel

We bought 3 nights in the hotel room for a friend. We were charged up front. We asked the person at the desk if it would be okay to pay for the room on behalf of someone else. They told us it was fine. Then they kicked our friend out of her room because we weren't there and would not refund us the money for the nights not stayed.

😊: The location was very convenient for being nearby a few friends and events we planned for the weekend. The staff was attentive to our requests.. 😢: The minute we walked in to check out the room, my husband found a live cockroach in the closet. The manager listened to our concerns and verified the rooms are pest cleaned frequently and offered to change to rooms with a discount. The only reason we stayed was because it was too late to leave and everywhere else was very expensive being last minute. We did not find any bugs for the rest of the stay..

Very convenient and close to my job. Hands down probably one of the best place to stay during the week and also on the weekends. Customer service is amazing and the rooms and the outside is very clean and will manicured. I'm in this place to anybody to stay. Very nice and quiet pleasure to be in with nice televisions and triple beds.

We moved out here and were looking for a place to stay for 3 weeks while our house in the area closed escrow and were looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay because we were scraping together all our money for a down payment. We happened upon the hotel and asked for the nightly rate and were pleased. He showed us our room before we booked and it was very very small but that was fine. I have a service dog and there’s no requirement for me to inform a hotel, but I’m always upfront about it. The man immediately said no, and then raised the price by fifty dollars a night stating he’d have to clean the room. It was incredibly illegal and I will be looking into avenues to report this incident.

There is not 24 hour room service. I needed a clean towel at eleven and the attended was extremely rude. I brought the dirty towels to the front and there was a light mark on the towel. He told me that he was going to charge me for it. I went back to the room and washed it out. I will record what happens next in the morning. Do Not Go Here!
