Customer Reviews
We loved our stay at Summers Inn in Ludington! Check-in was a breeze, and the clerk at the desk gave us plenty of helpful information to make our visit even better. Our king suite was spacious, spotless, and overlooked the beautiful common space with the koi pond—such a peaceful view to enjoy right from our deck. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with quiche, fresh toast, and fruit that made for a perfect start to the day. The whole experience felt charming and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!
We'll definitely be going back to Summer's Inn. The room was spotless, clean, very quiet, large and comfortable. The breakfasts, as other reviewers have noted, are delicious. You have 3 choices (a quiche of the day with fresh fruit salad and locally sourced toast and jam -- or yogurt with granola, fresh fruit, and toast and jam, or a third choice, which I think might have been vegan and gluten free), and you choose ahead of time as well as choosing a time slot so that you arrive at a time which is convenient for you, your breakfast is ready, and the breakfast room isn't crowded. You're served by a very friendly and helpful waiter, and unlike at local chains, you eat off of real plates and silverware, and you can choose a mug too, if you like. Besides the breakfast and nice room, take a wal
A very nice and well kept hotel. The service is excellent. It is a bit of a walk to town. There are very few plugs to charge items. You can definitely tell the owners take pride in being innkeepers.
My wife and I stayed here in July. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast was served with choices that you selected when you checked in. There was also a sign up time for breakfast. We had the quiche and fruit which was delicious. Room was a little small but my wife kept saying how cute it was. It was very clean.
Stayed here for a long weekend with my wife. Perfect location with close access to downtown, marina, and beaches. Had the Premium King and room was big and very clean. Comfortable bed and couch. Breakfast was excellent! Bathroom was nice and clean, but a little small. The koi pond and patio were very nice to sit and relax by. Will definitely stay here again.
