Ludington Blue Spruce Inn

Very nice rooms, air conditioner kept it nice and cool, and the bed was very comfortable! Rooms were very clean, loved that it had a little refrigerator and coffee pot. We also loved the little chairs and table right outside. Gavin was very attentive and easy to reach. He came right away when we needed ice. Location, really doesn’t get better than this little motel. Definitely prime location! We will definitely be back!

After some confusion and communication issues, the owner Muriel reached out and resolved our issue. Although we never stayed here, she reimbursed us at the no show rate which we found reasonable. She invited us to stay there in the future if ever in Ludington.

Cute, quiet, and comfortable! This is a small family-run motel with real charm. The owners live immediately next door, and are available and helpful. It is not corporate, but if you want a spotless room with thoughtful touches, this is it. My mother-in-law loved the embroidered cotton quilts on the beds, and we all appreciated the comfortable chairs outside, the excellent water pressure in the new shower, and the complimentary yogurts in the fridge. The location is close to downtown Ludington and the Badger Ferry terminal, but the motel itself is off a quite residential street and feels serene. We stayed one night, but other guests were staying longer and using the Blue Spruce Inn as their vacation base. Our night there was the perfects start to our Michigan vacation!

This is the cleanest hotel/motel we have stayed at and we’ve stayed in a lot of hiltons! The room was cute and well done. Like I said really clean and Gavin was always ready to help. Very prompt. Getting our room touched up every day and getting us ice whenever needed. We even had a nice place to sit outside when it was rainy one day. Would recommend blue spruce inn to anyone and will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for helping make our trip wonderful!

Excellent value! Rooms are clean , comfortable and fluffy towels. Very warm water. Yougart and granula bars for breakfast. Outdoor seating. The place smells fresh and clean. Location is great! Right in walking distance to the beach and town.
