Summer Haven #B by Realjoy vacations

My sister rented this online from this vacation company. We arrived expecting it to be a newly updated 3 bedroom home. The pictures listed online showing the rental was beautiful and newly updated. We arrived and the house is old, no upgrades, the furniture looked as if it came from an antique estate sell. Everything in the house was old and ran down. We enjoyed our stay but this company lied, they used AI to make the house look new, be careful renting from them, they are definitely lying to people online !!

Stayed at summer haven D on Miramar beach in Destin Florida. Payed about a grand a night. If I had the option to leave 0 stars then I def would. Place was disgusting. Black mold on shower curtains, gross stain on bed, black mold on ceiling, baseboards filthy, wooden furniture filthy, tubs filthy, shower wouldn’t drain, washing machine and dryer broken, condensation dripping from ceiling onto our heads, stairs coming up, couldn’t use downstairs closet because it was filled up with junk, filthy air conditioning vent, patio furniture so rusted you could probably get tetanus, roaches, parking was a nightmare. Floor on the top master bedroom has so much water damage that it was slanting off to one side. There is more stuff I just don’t want to type it all out. When I rented the place it looked

If i could give this establishment a lesser rating i would, first off My friend was cancelled for her home weeks before the trip secondly the choice for the new home was in a whole different locale then our original choice and not up to our standards..then upon arrival the next night realjoy made a bogus complaint of a garbage getting knocked over by a vendor that didnt even park where he made the accusation. I will never stay at real joy location.

I loved my stay at summer haven 4. It wasnt my most exotic place to stay but it had everything i was looking for. Private beach so i can watch my kids easily from the deck. A beach bar to the right 50feet and not to mention the sound of the waves from my bed. ❤😎 im so in love. Will definitely be staying here again in the future
