Beautiful apartment, great location, but terrible management The apartment is in a stunning location — right on the bay, with beautiful views and spacious, clean rooms. The setting is truly excellent, and the apartment itself could have left only positive impressions if it weren’t for a series of serious management issues. First, upon arrival, the manager Megan gave us the wrong code to the door, so we couldn’t get into the apartment. Later, we discovered that the elevator wasn’t working, and we had to carry all our luggage up to the third floor. It was repaired, but the very next day it broke down again — this time with four of us stuck inside in the heat. We called for help, but no one answered. We had to force the doors open ourselves and get out, after being stuck for several minutes

Very nice condo community and condo was beautiful, spacious with view of the ocean. They do not have a private beach, it's a 5-10 min walk to beach since the property is fenced and there is no cut through . Be ready to share the public beach with the crowds in peak months.

103A Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo. Miramar beach is directly in front of the complex just steps away.

We had a great time here and enjoyed the down time with family. It was a quick walk to the beach and nice view of the gulf from our room. The room was perfect for our families and if we ever get to we will stay here again!

This condo would of been nice if it wasn't for the Karen's around. If you have children you definitely don't wanna stay at this place. They complain about everything the kids do. I understand some but when someone tells your kids I'm on the HOA board and I will have you kicked out thats just plain crazy. By the way my kids weren't being brats just being kids.
