Suites at Silver Tree

We stayed in room 126 for the weekend and couldn't be happier with our stay. I am very particular about my place being clean and this place was spotless! Everything in the room appeared updated and the master bed was very comfortable. My kids slept on the pull out couch bed and advised me they slept well. The room was easy to access being on the main floor. The staff at Silver Tree were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful scenery and steps away from the lake. I would recommend this room for anyone up to 4 people and we would definitely return!

Had an amazing stay at the Suites! Room 126 was totally updated with new carpet and updated Bathroom and Kitchen. First time staying was for business, but I enjoy Deep Creek so much I took the family this time. The staff is great and very attentive to your needs. Dutch’s restaurant is superb and right down the hall through the lobby. Definitely returning to the suites for pleasure and business. Room 126 doesn’t disappoint.

This place is amazing, close to the lake and down town Oakland. Cozy, rooms dated but that’s what made it special. Greeted at front desk with a warm welcome accented by the cold weather and the glow of the lobby fireplaces! We will be back and this is out too choice . Thanks for the warm welcome and great stay!

A poopy experience for $260 a night. Unit A207 exploded and overflowed with sewage from the kitchenette sink in the middle of the night on 1/3/26 as we slept. The sewage exploded so hard it got on the microwave 2 feet above the sink. Look at the photos. I didn't even know such force was possible in the sewer pipe. Did someone pressurize the sewer in the building below us with a HydroJet? I unknowingly stepped in fresh brown on the floor in the morning. The sink expelled chunks of raw sewage on the floor, contaminating our clothes bags on the floor. Front desk said maintenance will come at some point. Nothing they can do about sewage. She said manager cannot be called now and will call me later at the manager's convenience (never happened).

I stayed in A-126, after seeing the good reviews. The room was nice and renovated but the bed was hard and uncomfortable, plus my neighbor decided to watch TV till 4am and I couldn’t sleep because of the paper thin walls. Also this unit is right next to the side exit door and people started slamming the door from 7am. So a rough stay for me. Not fun to pay so much and not be able to sleep.
