Love this vacation company! It was our second time renting through them and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay both times. The location is fantastic, just a few steps away from some of the best beaches on the planet. Saw sea turtles and tons of species of tropical fish at Poipu. The units themselves were great. Very family-friendly, separate rooms for the kids, awesome kitchen area, access to 2 pools, and we were lucky enough to have a view of the ocean from our balcony. Rooms were also clean, well-maintained, and well stocked. Also appreciated that they had pool towels, beach chairs, and all of the furnishing you'd expect in a condo (including AC units for the bedrooms!). Really appreciate having the convenience and infrastructure of a hotel but all of the amenities of an AirBnB without

My friends and I had a chance enjoy this beautiful Kauai retreat before it became publicly available. We had such a great stay! Everything was impeccable. The home was absolutely gorgeous; luxurious and at the same time comfortable. It’s in a perfect location - you feel private and removed, but it’s a quick walk or drive to the beach and restaurants. We loved that each of the 4 bedrooms has it's own private ensuite - one with a glorious outdoor shower. Thank you for this lovely location, it truly made our vacation extra special.

The location was the best part of this stay — very close to the beach, a spacious unit, and convenient access to the BBQ area. We also encountered some friendly staff during our visit, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Smoking is not allowed on the lanai, yet the guests above us smoked on their lanai for the first two nights. The smoke consistently wafted directly into our condo through the sliding doors and windows. We called security numerous times, and no action was taken until more than 24 hours later. Even after the issue was considered “resolved,” cigarette smoke continued to come into our unit through the bathroom ventilation system. ***Aug 05 2025 update *** wish i could give them 0 stars; the best that Suite Paradise could do was to write a fake reply 3 months later that my review is under google investigation because i'm a competitor... it's not under investigation by google and it's apparent how poorly they're run that they can't even look up my reservation for the time described and see that we're a real repeat customer. ***original review*** After staying here 6 times in past 12 years, recommending this place to countless family and friends, this place is no longer what first appealed. Our latest stay was in unit 310, which had no a/c and was not advertised as such. We stayed at 1103 Manoaloha. The staff is courteous and the villa nice. Close to the beach, beautiful property on Poipu. It's a bit old fashioned but still functional. The views are great but we couldn't go on the patio since there was a gecko family living there :) The kitchen is updated and we were able to cook our breakfasts easily. The issue of 3 star- the AC doesn't work. The portable unit made so much noise on the first night that we couldn't sleep. Called for maintenance but they did minimal asking us to be patient and let it cool for few hrs! We had to sleep on the carpet in the living room for the rest of our stay (since it had a natural breeze coming from the garden behind). They didn't send anyone to replace the unit as promised thus it was disappointing. The units should not be
