.This is a fantastic extended-stay hotel, and my experience here has been nothing but positive. The staff has been consistently pleasant, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring an LCD TV, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and a stove top, which makes long-term stays extremely convenient. The location is excellent—approximately two miles from Kings Island (give or take), and within a mile of a Kroger, which makes grocery trips quick and easy. There’s also a gas station directly across the street. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, and the parking feels safe and well-maintained. The place had very bad lighting and lots of the property was broken and run down. Not worth the price of the stay a d the manager told us the rooms often have hookers and drug dealers so I wouldn’t advertise this hotel on your site. We ended up leaving and getting another hotel since we were not comfortable.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay and the hotel’s cancellation policy. I chose to discontinue my stay after three nights due to poor service, inadequate room conditions, and an unreasonable termination policy. Although staff listened to my concerns, their responses suggested they either did not understand or chose not to address the issues I raised. The overall service experience was unacceptable. I had to request heat for my room multiple times—during January in Ohio—which is both unsafe and unreasonable. Additionally, the shower had almost no water pressure, making it difficult to use. I paid a deposit for a room that included a kitchen, yet there were no pots, pans, dishes, or utensils of any kind. This made the kitchen unusable and did not match wha

Positive: I liked leaving the parking lot of this hotel most. Negative: I didn't like that nobody was on-site to check me in. Lobby door was locked. Seeking refund. Thanks.

So here's the thing. If you need something that is safe, clean, affordable, staffed by people who actually care. They really are tough to beat. I was in a tough spot and couldn't find an apartment that would take me and my girlfriend. They were there for us. We are now blessed to be moving into our apartment next weekend but I am very grateful that they were here for us with a clean, safe, and comfortable roof over our head. Many businesses use them for traveling employees and I can see why. They also take security VERY seriously and at times it might feel a bit much. In this day and age I would rather be somewhere that is more vigilant. Great management and service. Very thankful 🙏
