The remodeling looks nice when you first walk in, but they took away the features that caused me to rebook this hotel a second time. No couch/chair, oven, microwave, kitchen trash can, toilet paper, kitchen island, hangers, etc. Don’t get me started on the crappy job the contractor did, I swear I spent the first hour fixing all of the half done things left behind. Unfortunately fixing the broken door frame and secondary lock that had obviously been damaged from the door being kicked in was outside of my expertise. Had I been given a broom and mop upon check in, I would have also cleaned up the contractors dust and debris they failed to clean up throughout the room. I get I’m not staying at the crowne plaza, but the least I expect is a clean, decent room with the features as advertised.

We were supposed to stay 90 days. We had stayed in past, and found it nice, with amenities such as 4 burner stove with oven, full kitchen sink. Now they have "upgraded" the rooms, by removing the: 4 burner stove, and replacing it with 2 burners embedded into the cabinet, that only heats half of the pot. The stove was removed, and replaced with a cheap microwave, that leaves ice in the food, the carpet removed, and just hardwood floors, the 2 compartment full sink, replaced with a very small " bar sink" that can hold 2 dishes. These so called upgrades, are not upgrades in our opinion. We checked out after our first week, and went to the competition . Also they are making very loud noises doing the renovations, that kept me awake. The people are nice, the rooms are clean, but not very appeal

I stayed here for work & when I came in the lobby I didn't see an elevator (much needed for my tools). When I asked if there's an elevator, I was told no. I was ready to cancel my reservation & find another place. I was told they were able to put me in the 1st floor per my reservation request & I asked if I could get to my room without any steps. He told me I could...that he would let me move the construction cones to unload my truck & that there were no stairs to the 1st floor door on that side of the building. I asked to see the room & he took me through a maze of stairs to open the door. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Looked as if it were all new/updated. We went back to the front desk & I kept my reservation, paid in full, & moved my truck past the construction cones to unload onl

We stayed here to go to Louder than life and it was a great stay! Front desk helped us when we needed it. Quiet, clean hotel and close to a lot of places we needed to go to. Only 20 minutes away from the festival which was a plus! The room is pretty big and it has a kitchen but keep in mind no utensils, so we stopped to get some. Bathroom was clean. Everything was great!

Great staff. Quiet and comfortable room. Reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice and accessible location.
