Right now, pretty upset with this hotel, they did not do what they said they would do and that is refund me. I fell in their bathtub, once the water hit the tub did not realize it was so slippery, got out called the front desk, spoke with a gentleman, who last name was Petel, per our conversation, the hotel had not incident or accident report to complete. I told him, I wanted him to be aware of the fall, on the 18th, in the afternoon, I checked out early, they apologize and said they would refund me and as of this day, 10/29/25 they have not. I have also communicated with Choice Hotel about this incident as well as to what happen, good customer service on their part but the hotel will get a score of Zero and No stay.

During the day, it looks like a very nice room as soon as the sun goes down it’s a completely different creature the walls come alive. Roaches were everywhere in the tub all over the walls coming all out of the woodwork I left as soon as I saw it. I didn’t even ask for a refund. It was so disgusting. Do not go here. are you even complained about it to the lady at front desk and she was very unfazed by the roach report

I am very disappointed to say the least. The room was filthy. Smelly comforter, used Q-Tip and dead battery on the floor. Sheets were old and stained. Shower curtain had rips and stains and to top it off I found a live cockroach. I have so many pictures. So nasty. Maybe it's time to call the Health Dept. to report this terrible place.

I’ll start by saying that we had pretty realistic expectations due to the cost and online reviews, but there were a few things that stood out. The curb appeal is awful and we almost decided not to stay at all. Our first thought was that the motel was a haven for criminal activity. At the dumpster was a mattress that looked to be straight out of a crime scene and that fit with the overall look of the place. We figured we’d stay the night and see how it went before deciding to move on. The room itself was okay. It met our needs, though it wasn’t particularly clean. A scrub brush and bucket of disinfectant would work wonders. After a trip to Walmart for a few things, we made it work. Our stay was fine. My husband and I were going to stay here but we checked out. The rooms are disgusting mold in the toliet ,poop on the toilet, trash in the shower had not been cleaned ,microwave was filthy, floors had not been swept or mopped, sheets had pee stains on the them and cigarettes burns,tissue stuck in holes in the wall and no hot water they said that they had a busted water pipe and was not informed of this and didn't know when it would be fixed
