The most humiliating experience ever. You want to meet a cold and heartless business ? Choose this place. I’m a traveling nurse and drove 5 hours to get to this place. By the time I get there I’m rushing because I have one hour to nap before my night shift starts. I’m with hubby and he finished bringing our stuff while I take a quick nap. I go to work and my phone keeps ringing. I’m busy at work I don’t check. Finally I check and it’s my husband. They kicked my family out the hotel with my 3 year old and 6 years old. I have the car at work so my husband is stranded with our kids and all our things. I check online before booking and google had the hotel listed pet friendly. In our rush we forget to finalize this when checking in. Instead of this COLD AND HEARTLESS BUSINESS giving us a nigh

This was my second stay. The hotel is very well maintained, better than many 4-star hotels I have stayed. Not fancy. Excellent housekeeping. always check the elevator as a general indicator of overall maintenance / housekeeping, this one was in perfect condition. Room itself was quiet, bedding comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying at Suburban Studios and will stay there every time I go to Fort Myers.. Angela was great at check-in and she answered all of my questions. My room was very quiet the whole time. The room was very clean, the water was hot and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were very. nice and welcoming and greet you with a smile. The location is great and close to everything I wanted even my storage unit. I am very happy I found this hotel online and I highly recommend.

Impeccable cleanliness with recently remodeled rooms and new furniture; well served by public transportation; friendly, efficient, professional staff. Great international restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Functional, modern kitchenettes. Great prices. Katherine was cordial and efficient at check-in and to extend our reservation. We mentioned it as soon as we had seen the room, and she remembered us and had everything ready the next morning. Shari and Lilly were great in person and on the telephone, very respectful and helpful. Andrea was cordial and efficient on day _and_ night duty, helping guests with good humor and a professional tone, and getting us checked out painlessly.
