Dre and Amy were amazing! The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcomed and safe.I had to stay at this location for a while due to my circumstances ,and they truly went got their way to make sure my children and I were as comfortable as possible... The nightly rates are unbelievable, the location is nice and over all my experience was wonderful. If I ever needed a place to go for any reason, I would definitely come back here. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything you guys did for us!

I was occupying a room already and they allowed me to stay home night but when I explained to the manager that I was having medical difficulties he refused to renew my room this was before checkout time then while I was leaving the premises I was sitting down besides some other guests talking to them while trying to get my blood sugar under control because I needed to really be lying down in a cool place not sitting in the hot sun on the curb that's why I was going to renew my room for one more night but management was very rude and would not allow me to renew my room meven though it was before checkout time because they had booked me a room that was not Wat I ask for so I ask them to change my room to wat I ask for which was a room with a bathtub with handicap access so they didn't have o

I booked this hotel in advance specifically to attend my son’s graduation, after driving 11 hours to get there. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable from the moment we entered the room. The room had a strong, overwhelming odor that appeared to be an attempt to mask something with bleach or harsh chemicals, which only made it worse. Even more concerning, there were roaches present throughout the room. The conditions were so unsanitary that we did not sit down, unpack, or stay even briefly. We immediately left the room. When I notified the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available. I had some family in town and they chose to stay here. We had the most pleasant experience. The front desk check-in LaQuisha was extremely helpful and accommodating dealing with my family needs. She made dealing with an already difficult situation and time so much easier. She was polite and extreme pleasure to work with. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Came down to Columbus for the CDL School and my employer generously booked me a room close to the school. Unfortunately, this place’s glory days are far, far gone. No amenities at all. No grab and go breakfast bar. High speed wifi? The WiFi network has no password security wall. If you connect to it, you risk someone connecting to your device. And to mention with no password, it gets used like the local library. They say high speed WiFi, I don’t consider 11 mbps high speed. 100mbs is standard these days especially in a big city area. The smell on the third floor is consistently Mexican restaurant themes which is off putting at first but my room was beside the trash and dirty linen rooms and it smelled overwhelmingly like garbage and urine. Very strong almost as if someone stumbled around b
