Customer Reviews
This hotel was beautiful, clean, and had so much character. The staff there was kind and was there to help in any way. They upgraded our room to a suite which was really nice! The bed was very comfy. This would have been a five star review if the location was better. There are train tracks right in front of the building, and all night, literally all night, all they did was blow their horns. We were lucky if we got an hour of solid sleep each night. Heavy sleepers may not mind it.
We recently stayed at this hotel in Columbus, GA, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The biggest highlight was the staff. Stefanie was especially friendly and welcoming, as was the young man working at the check-in desk. The woman who assisted us at checkout was just as helpful and kind. Customer service really stood out during our stay. The hotel itself was very quiet, which made for a relaxing visit, and the on-site restaurant was top notch. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary water bottles and the breakfast—both were excellent and not something many hotels of this caliber typically offer. That said, there were a couple of disappointments. We paid extra for a balcony room overlooking the river, but a large event tent completely blocked the view, which was fr
We had an excellent stay here. The hotel has so much character, but is also modern and clean. The bed was comfy and had nice linens and good pillows. The shower was great- very big, with two different shower heads. The toiletries were nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was wonderful too. My one and only point of feedback is that I wish there had been a dinner option. We were looking forward to having a nice dinner on-site after a long travel day, and were really disappointed to find out that the restaurant is closed on Sundays. Since almost every nice restaurant in Columbus is closed on Sundays, it would be nice to have meals available at the hotel. However- it's still a great place to stay and I'm hoping to go back soon.
This place is breathtaking! The way they transformed an old mill into such a beautiful hotel is impressive, with so much character and charm. On top of that, the employees are exceptionally friendly and caring—you truly feel welcomed here. And it does not stop here, the restaurant has a top notch atmosphere with delicious food and drinks! Highly recommend booking here for a stay in Columbus, Georgia.
Beautifully restored old mill. Rooms are spacious , clean and many have river views. One of the few nice hotels in the Columbus area. Good "free" breakfast and coffee available all day. Excellent service. Only downside is it's pet friendly but that perk is everywhere lately.
