Staff was friendly and kind. Overnight shift are amazing. But the room was kinda disappointing. It had a funky smell when I checked in. The shower wall had some yellow stains, the shower head had hard water stains, a lot of woman's hair on the carpet had to change socks. Overall the room was eh. As someone who is in the world of hospitality in the hotel industry. I'm happy to say the staff was amazing. The rooms do need some work. But it's a great location to walking distance to get food, reason why I booked the hotel.

We we staying there for my nephew sons graduation from the Army. As a once Globalist, I always love to give praise, because it’s so easy to complain. But this time I have to complain. The Hotel was awesome! Very accommodating, but one person. Her name I believe was Beatrice. She was mean, does not belong in the accommodation business. She smack my tongue when I tried to get food from the buffet. Guess because I was not to mix utensils. She was rude and not polite at all!! Still give a 5 star to the hotel for all the other great people!

Be very careful if you prepay for your stay. They will charge your credit card for your rooms again and do nothing to make it right. Turn your card off after you use it for incidentals. The only positive about this hotel was the excellent kitchen staff who were very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful hotel and awesome customer service! Breakfast was top notch, I especially loved the that there were many condiments and a variety of tea flavors, but because they use real plates and glasses, many were not clean, especially the glasses so I didn't like that and would definitely recommend disposable cups, plates and silverware. The King room had a living area but the TV was in the bed area so it made it hard for me and 6 kids to watch different things on TV, especially when there is a sleeping couch in the living area so I'd highly recommend a second TV for the living area. Lastly, good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in shower but only 1 small bar of soap in sink area. Why not have hand soap and lotion in that area as well (like Holiday Inn express)? Other
