Studio 6 Suites Shreveport, LA – Industrial Loop

Savanti greeted me at 4am with a friendly smile and was absolutely delightful to chat with. We have a 1 ton truck & 40 ft trailer, parking available. The room was a great value, pets are welcome for 15$ a night. Beds are extremely firm, pillows are very flat, but seriously I did great value. We’d stay here again just because of Savanti’s welcoming demeanor.

Ran so quick didn’t even get a picture. I paid for 2 rooms. Got to my rooms. Nightmare. Baseboards peeling off the wall. Lights don’t have bulbs or do and don’t turn on. Tv doesn’t work. Remote literally fell into pieces. No towels. Crumbs on the sheets. Poop stains in the shower and the overbearing smell of dead rat. Service was nice. Guy at the front desk showed us other rooms. We were not Okay with he refunded.

I travel often and am getting use to smoking hotel rooms not being very clean.. However, this place was filthy and took a while for hot water to come through the pipes. So much that I thought there was no hot water. The floors, walls, lamps, baseboards, bath and toilet were filthy!! The air/heat unit had grime built up so much I didnt want to turn it on. I got stuck in heavy rain and it got dark on me and had no choice but to stay as I could not see to drive further. Should be ashamed to charge so much for such a nasty room.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I'd stayed in many a Motel 6 and this is by far the worst one I've ever seen. Black mold in the shower/tub,walls were filthy, TV remote didn't work, their idea of in room coffee pot had no basket to hold the grinds and best of all it was December 14th, with a temperature of 34(feels like of 28) at 9:30 at night and the heat did NOT work. Then to really get under my skin was the extra fee for my support dog. Do yourself a favor and pass this one by.
