Positive: Location, cleanliness, staff was great. Breakfast was good. Negative: No.

A tree fell on our house in early May, and friends helped with the cleanup of the wet mess in the "ground zero" bedroom and our den/dining area, and entryway. Due to continued rain events, we were unable to repair the badly damaged roof until mid-June. Per the recommendations of our trusted contractor, we opted to vacate the remaining part of the house during the demolition and reconstruction. |Our insurer was very helpful in finding a place nearby where we could stay during the reconstruction with facilities that would minimize the discomfort of long-term living in much smaller quarters. Last minute booking due to air travel and so glad I chose this place. We stayed here with our small dog and everyone on the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They were able to accommodate a late checkout due to our Hilton Honors and were kind enough to hold our bags after the checkout while we walked around the area waiting for our delayed flight. The breakfast items were great and the outside patio area was lovely. Exceptional staff and a big thank you to the gentleman who offered our pup a milkbone while we waited!

Room 415 Overall not bad. Would stay again. Not as nice as some Home2’s but still better than the Hamptons have gotten. Room wasn’t quite as clean as I’d hoped. The HVAC was rather obnoxious alllllll night with a low frequency whine. And there’s no option to turn the fan to auto, just hi or low, so the dang thing ran all night. Bathroom faucet barely had enough pressure to rinse a toothbrush but the shower was awesome. Plenty of pressure and hot. Breakfast was great. No complaints at all. Location…well, to get to it from the freeway you drive thru a pretty rough part of town that isn’t too far away. Had a great stay! The front manager Hannah is amazing! Not only did she assist with customer calls but breakfast was so busy and she came out and listened to the people and jumped into action 10/10 would recommend. Love the service!
