The front desk and housekeeping team provided great customer service and extremely friendly. The room was nice. The bed slept comfortably!! It was evident that the rooms had been renovated. The only poor rating I would give is the kitchen closes at 9am on Sunday, which is rather early in my opinion. The rate was great so I'll just smile and have breakfast elsewhere. 😊 I would definitely recommend this location for an overnight stay and plan to return.

This is a new hotel. Everything is clean and new. The room is spacious and smells good. The breakfast meets the standard for free breakfast. They shine at the service. Every staff I met was warm and professional. Even at the late night check in, the nice front desk lady made us felt welcome. I usually stay at Hampton/Hilton/Holiday In. This was a last minute booking during our trip. Highly recommended!

We arrived at night, and while the hotel was next to a police station, it didn’t feel particularly safe. The hotel is renovated but do not be fooled.. they left the bones and made cosmetic changes. Our room smelled of smoke, the hallway smelled of urine, our shower floor was dirty. When I checked out this morning, the attendant was asleep. I couldn’t wake them with my voice or the bell. I found someone setting up breakfast and he tried to wake her, calling her name, ringing the bell, and gently nudging her. Nothing. He was not able to check me out and I still do know if I have been properly checked out. The hotel is independently owned and operated so Choice Hotels is unable to provide me a refund. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were in town visiting for the bowl game The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is right next to a police station. And about two blocks from the airport. However, it was very quiet with no noise issues noted I would highly recommend this place.

Very disappointed in this hotel!! I reserved a room because we were flying in and the weather was bad. I did not use the room because we got a ride. They were only supposed to charge me for one night. Multiple charges appeared on my credit card. I contacted them and the manager called me back and said he would reverse the charges. And that appeared to happen but then then a few days later more charges appeared on my credit card and went through. I called the manager twice but received no call back from him. I had to contact the credit card company and cancel my card. And then report fraud for the extra unathorized charges on it. This is just the reason why I hate using my credit card to hold a room because of shady dishonest stuff like this. I would encourage anyone to be careful about thi
