My husband rented a room for me during the freeze cause my house is cold.. I could never get the heat to come on in the room. .. I was there 30 minutes, watching a movie, never got under the covers. Went home too cold. The next day I had bed bug bites on my face.. I never got under the covers was there 30 minutes! Room 102
Positive: "" Negative: Carpet was disgusting, walls were dingy and looked like a 100 yr old abandoned hotel, the lamps had no bulbs so it was very dark inside, no ac in the hallway to get to the room felt like a sauna.
No hot water on 2nd level and the owners sleep in the lobby on the couch . Didn’t switch my room after no hot water and they didn’t unclog toilet while I was gone all day
Positive: "" Negative: Misrepresentation of hotel that was online stated had pool hot tub breakfast was awful room had roach traps carpet was torn up and dirty elevator was extremely dirty no phone in room .
All rooms and the service is the best.RINA IS ONE OF THE FAVORITE EMPLOYEES
