Palace Inn Pasadena @ TX-225 & Richey St

The day i arrived to Pasadena i was looking for a hotel to sleep during the next day in the morning because i was going to work night shift. Called this hotel and i spoke to manager, he said he was going to do everything in his hands to try tocget me a room next morning. I finished my shift and went to the hotel, he didn't have rooms but somehow he honored his word and pulled a King sized room for me, just as i had told him I appreciate that he honored his word and took care of me. Bed sheets are folded daily, towels are changed daily and the make sure rooms are clean everyday. I will definitely stay here from now on. I forgot to add that the lever that flushed the toilet was broken and he IMMEDIATELY took care of it.

The room itself was not bad. It was clean, the towels sucked. They were small and thin. The bed was not very comfortable. The TV was new, and had good picture. I paid with my credit card and a few days later my credit card company called regarding suspicious activity. Since that was the first time I used that particular credit card, I knew someone had stolen my information from that place. So if you plan on staying there, PLEASE PAY WITH CASH!!! It is getting a rating of 2 due to the theft of my credit card information and management not returning my message. I will NOT ever stay there again.

Omg this place is great... I definitely keep coming here.. want a place of nothing but relaxation. Yes.. get. The huge tub in your room. Absolutely enjoyed myself.. 😉

Management is great rooms are cleaned daily and very quiet I recommend if you’re in town working this is the place to stay

10/10 the room was so clean, has everything a hotel room should have even a radio w bluetooth. I Got the room with jacuzzi it was so amazing!!! Definitely will be coming back.
