Very Disappointed! No Lobby for guest to wait for Uber as is was cold. You pay for your stay then they lock & close main lobby from guest waiting for Uber. Do NOT book this place. Bad customer service. Paula front desk is rude & inconsiderate. I will make a full report & never book this hotel. Hotel Manager did not contact me Mr Shah Ms GiGi

They wanted me to check out and come back at 3 if I extend my stay using a reservation. Reservation was $3 less than the previous day to avoid leaving cost $5. Plenty of towels water was really hot room was warm and comfortable staff friendly

An hour and a half into my stay last night there were these little bugs crawling around.. I usually go to the Fair Park location and have never had any issues but they were booked up.. so I went here and was so disappointed. I asked for a refund so I could go to another hotel and they told me I only had 10 minutes after getting the room to get a refund, no apology, no empathy, nothing.. but the bugs didn’t come out until I had been there for a little bit! I can’t believe I was treated so poorly at this location. Needless to say I left anyways and drove all the way home instead. Completely grossed out and inconvenienced.

The lady's are nice but the manager is not they kick not only us out but a few people also. Paid for a whole week but was told to leave Monday!

Love this place the staff and the owners are great people really made me feel welcome and very helpful i would strongly recommend this place
