Mesquite Inn & Suites

WARNING: before deciding to think that the outside of this motel compares to the inside your sadly very sadly mistaken the area beautiful very grassy surroundings nice quality building but when you check in with that card they give you pure 0 star, hood, roach infested, ant infested, super low quality very old furniture also the smell when you walk in smells like infestation. The carpet is filthy, you can feel the dirt with each step you take in that motel. The shower water lukewarm dam near cold the intensity of the shower spray is very disastifying, there is so much more to detail but I just don't feel like going on about it but I'll share some photos take a look. Wait one more thing the owner lives in the motel kinda weird gives stashy vibes tbh

I would not stay here. Go spend your money somewhere else. Check-in was nice and just took a few minutes. First room I was given the A/C didn’t work. They gave me another room that had nasty carpet, tv wouldn’t get but 3 channels without static or blurry picture, bedside lamps flickered so much you’d have thought you were in a horror film. Fridge nor microwave worked. It was roach infested and the shower curtain was so torn up they had it tied to stay in place. Another thing was that there was no extra added security locks on the door or chains of any kind. The door even when locked could still be opened from the outside without the room key. Run don’t walk nor waste your $ period.

HORRIBLE! I'm calling the health dept on this place because they carry bugs and don't care. I went to check in my room keys dont work. They only give you ten minutes to check the room and u don't get a refund. There was black mode in the ceiling in the first room. A bug in the bed in the second room. I spent $100 for ntn. They will definitely tell you this is not the Hyatt so you don't get 100 percent satisfaction. I hope they get shut down IMMEDIATELY! Plus the fire alarm had a plastic bag over it

The place is reasonably priced. The Jacuzzi rooms are a little weird and humid and they feel dirty I mean you can feel something weird when you walk into the rooms. A great idea. It's convenient for downtown to mesquite to Garland to a lot of places so that's a plus. On the weekends it can be kind of a tough crowd. Overall it's not too bad and you're getting what you pay for

The staff here are friendly and straight to the point. The rooms are spacious, fridge and microwave are included as well. I didn’t get the chance to take pictures. On a personal level, I prefer rooms with hard floors rather than carpet though. (Not a complaint.. just a personal preference) I would return for a stay here and would recommend a stay here.
