Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas-Mesquite

Hotels is a little worn and cleaning could be better. Walls and edges of doors scuffed up, handles missing from cabinets, sticky residue on bathroom floor and frames. The sticky clear glue substance could be removed. Carpet in room had small bits of debris on it. A handle missing from one of my cabinets. Small stuff but could be easily remedied. Staff was OK. Nothing to write home about. The clerk that checked me in looked like she was wearing sweats. Just tacky. We're is the uniform or at least care enough yo put on slacks and a polo. Something other than a sweat shirt. No maid service when I got back to my room yet there is a QR sign you can scan to leave a tip. What the heck have they done to earn a tip? Snack shop poorly stocked. I understand choices will be limited in these shops but

Room was spotless and location was perfect (attached to convention center). Breakfast was not bad, but nothing to rave about. Only downside was the elevator situation. Only 1 of the two elevators was working and at busy times it would take some time for the elevator to arrive.

I was slightly worried having read some of the reviews on here. I can only write as I found the hotel and I couldn't really fault the place. We were fortunate enough to be higher up as I've heard people complain about being in the lower floors. We were handy for the rodeo which was the main reason we chose the hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Air con was good, staff were all friendly. Had an hour in the pool which was nice as well- towells provided. Though yhe choice st breakfast was ok. Complementary coffee supplied. No complaints here!

Convenient location right off the highway. The rooms did smell quite strong like smoke when we arrived but the in room air purifier quickly took care of that. The linens also had a musty smell to them like they had been sitting for a while. The breakfast was great with a ton of options. Was very pleased for the price. Overall, great stay, would stay again in the future.

I loooooove the staff here's. They are always pleasant and professional each visit that I have visited this location. We also hold our women's retreat at this location annually and they are immensely accommodating to our requests. Thank ÿou staff for being a great support to me individually and collectively when we worship the Lord!!!!!
