The service and amenities here are excellent, and the continental breakfast is the icing on the cake. I especially want to recognize Laura Monterroso, the staff member who manages the breakfast area. She is consistently warm and friendly, greeting everyone each morning with a big smile and making guests feel genuinely welcome. Laura is truly a gem and a wonderful representative of the hotel’s hospitality. 😊

Dirty, trash bag filled hallways, poor customer service with the exception of Laura the breakfast host. Poor lighting in the room, no under the microwave light, only 1 burner worked. Scarce bowls/utensils in a long term hotel. Ice makers not working, coffee pot didn't work, had to change out and couldn't get kcups for the replacement coffee maker. My 6

Great experience with the attention from the Hotel crew. Lunch was good and the lady of the area had always giving good vibes, making to start the day in a good mood. Room was okay, the only two recommendations for guests are to expect that if you want hot water in the shower, you need to open all way AND then start playing with the position of the handle so it doesn't burn. The other thing is that always check your towels in case you leave something before checking out.

It was absolutely AWESOME!!! The staff was amazing! They even offered us umbrellas because it was raining. The rooms and fitness center was fabulous! The young lady who ran the breakfast room did a phenomenal job and deserves some recognition! I'd stay again and again! My family just had a horrible hotel experience at family reunion last month and this hotel stay was amazing. I cannot stress enough how awesome this hotel and staff went above and beyond! I highly recommend you stay here!

Our visit was outstanding. Great customer service. Lila was very accommodating and courteous. We had an excellent room, very clean and cozy. We were especially impressed with Laura in the breakfast area. She was super kind and efficient. The staff made the experience top-notch. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.
