Studio 6 Suites – Knoxville, TN - Downtown

Absolutely disgusting place. The room smelled bad when we went in, and it just got so much worse from there. The room hadn’t been cleaned at all and was filthy. The bedding was stained with literal dirt and debris in it, possibly bugs. The pillows were rumpled and obviously slept on. The floor was dirty. The sink was dirty. The toilet had feces smeared on the seat and lid. Thankfully they gave us no pushback on getting a refund.

I slept so peaceful

I rented the room for 5 days. They charged me a deposit because I am a local. The owner was very standoffish and I could tell didn't like me. The room had a non working fire alarm the windows were screwed shut, yet the open door lock wasn't even there. Besides the cockroaches and silverfish bugs the worst part was they kept my deposit because my brother had to come by to fix the toilet/shower/ sink drain which was stopped up the first day and a half... the desk gave me a plunger and told me that if i didnt unclog it that i would pay dearly..

Positive: The staff was friendly Negative: The floors was dirty. Tried to find a clean room three times. Finally found one at the three tries. It was halfway decent
