Horrible customer service on the manager side. Very rude, and lied, said my room wasn't paid when it a was... just made me go threw hell, to sleep in a below poor room. Room was horrible. Bed was hard as a rock. Floors dirty. Shower dirty. Cover blanket had over 20 burn holes. Door didn't fit properly so, huge cold breeze, Heater barely worked. And the blinds barely shut. This was a last minute, last resort.. and next time, I'd rather sleep in my car, or better yet, a park bench.
This was a last minute booking. Terrible customer service. No internet working and management couldn't care less. Burn marks on comforter and sheets. Everything in room was dirty. Towels were like what you would use to dry a car. Horrible experience over all. Don't bother staying here - you're much better off kipping in your car!
Room was super clean and comfy staff was amazing and clerc was even more amazing
