Studio 1 Hotel & Extended Stay - Missoula

My experience at studio 1 hótel was excellent. I really loved the food and the environment it's top ounch. Emmanuel security also did a good job by helping me with my suitcases. Studio 1 hótel I hope to be there again

Our room did not have a working AC. After we alerted the front desk, they sent us to another room with no issues. At 1am we were awakened when the front desk employee came banging on our door because there was some sort of confusion on their end and they were trying to issue the room to someone else. They quickly apologized when my husband answered the door.

Room was disgustingly dirty and smelled horrible. Blood on the mattresses, mildew all over shower curtain, floor covered in hair and debris. Internet didn't work, cable didn't work, and we found previous guests clothes under the bed. Check in lady was ok, but the lady for breakfast was very rude and locked all the guests out of the milk and creamer fridge. Had to check out online as she was not reachable at check out so could not complain as we were on a traveling schedule. Would never go back, and you should only stay here as a last resort.

I Have Been Renting A Room Here For About 6 Months, Great Place They Are Understanding Of My Situation And Provide Great Service. Managers Are Friendly, Front Desk Lily And Ralph Are Always Friendly Always The First Ones To Say Hi In Passing The Night Desk Guys As Well. Housekeepers Are Awesome Hallways Are Always Clean, And Maintenance Issues Are Always Addressed In A Timely Manner. Overall The Best Motel I Have Stayed In, For A Long Period Of Time Here In Missoula.

This is by far one of the grossest places I have ever stayed. For theee nights my stay was over $500 because they were able gauge their prices for MSU move in weekend. My first room smelled like urine and smoke. The bed sheets and comforters had stains on them. The walls had questionable stains. I was moved to another floor, which in fairness was as better but the towels had stains on them so I only used one. The floors had stains everywhere There was chewed bubble gum on the floor. Just disgusting. Also, no remotes in the room for the TV. You had to get one from The front desk. I was given two to try and not one worked. The health department should pay a visit. Stay away
