Streamside On Fall River

Amazing location with clean, quiet rooms alongside a beautiful stream. We were so happy with the affordability of this resort and the surrounding beauty of the grounds. Perfectly situated just minutes between Estes Park town and the entrance to RMNP. The owner Max could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this location highly as our experience there was remarkable.

We stayed for 2 nights over the 4th of July in the king one bedroom #7 cabin. It was the perfect little getaway. The owner Max was really friendly and check in was a breeze. The property is conveniently located within a very short walk to a stop for The Peak, a free shuttle that takes you into Estes Park so you don’t have to struggle to find parking. It’s also very close to the Fall River entrance to RMNP. The cabin itself was very nice and roomy enough for our family of 4. Both the king bed and pullout were comfortable. Lived relaxing on the deck after a day at the park. Kitchen had everything we needed and we liked the option to grill as well. Thanks for a great stay!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Although we weren’t able to get the upper level we originally booked due to it being reserved through a third-party platform, we reached out to the owner, Max, and he was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and responsive throughout! Max went above and beyond to make our stay special. He was very accommodating and even allowed us to check out an hour later, which we truly appreciated. He also gave us souvenirs, which was such a thoughtful touch! The hospitality alone made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, Max!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive: Closeness to RMNP and everything in the city of Estes Park. Nice renovated bathroom and kitchen. Beautiful setting along Fall River in which pictures don’t do it justice! Negative: This was my first time checking in at a kiosk so that took me a second to understand, but easy after that.

Great stay at Streamside on Fall River. Beautiful location right on the river with peaceful water sounds and mountain views. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well equipped, and the fireplace was a nice touch. Very close to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.
