Well run resort with a huge variety of terrain from easy greens, nice blues, the famed front 4 ◇◇, and extreme backcountry skiing. Endless glades. Exceptional grooming. Lift lines are managed well. Yes, they charge $30 to park, deal with it. Two free lots - Toll road (this one fills up very early) and the cross country center. Efficient shuttle service. I preferred the CC lot as you can ski back to your car via toll rd. to derby trail with very clear parking signs to guide you in the right direction. Beautiful mountain, amazing views. If you're experienced looking for challenging terrain there are plenty of options to scratch that itch. One of my favorite north east mountains.
Some of the best skiing in Vermont. Really beautiful mountain, and seemingly awesome snow team. It’s on the epic pass so we had to check it out. Did some great skiing, with almost 30,000 vert on our day skiing. The lifts are fast and the staff operates them smoothly. Gondola is fun but was very busy of the holidays. Stowe mountain village is also worth a walk through, as it has lots to offer. Paid parking in the main lot but we parked at this “toll house” for free multiple times with no issues. It even has a lift over to the main mountain, a shuttle as well but we never took it. Great place, mt. Mansfield is special.
This place is absolutely gorgeous. Especially the top of FourRunner and Mt.Mansfield Gondala. The runs are very steep compared to what I'm used to at home. a blue here is a black there! This Mountain totally kicked my a$$ in the best way! The way skiers take up the entire toll road run is so annoying why do you have to weave back and forth so dramatically on such a narrow flat run? 🙃 Hard to pass but It may have been my favorite run. so chill and gorgeous views. The wind delay in the AM was frustrating but understandable. But it definitely affected my mood- Drove 10 hours to almost not get to the top of Mt Mansfield. Relieved they got the gondalas back on and got it running. All the shops close early but the tree lighting, ice skating show and fireworks were the perfect, chill end to the
Amazing mountain in the North East. Had two great days with a lot of snow for this time of the year. Everybody was very kind with us! This resort is great for all kind of riders. Beginners to advanced! Then you have a lot of pubs around to chill and taste great local beers. Will be there again as soon as I can 💪
Awesome trails, not very steep but some really technical pitches (front four trails, narrow Liftline runs) that are super fun. Good beginner terrain too. Food is ok, not horrible, not great. The ski rental process is extremely easy and quick. Definitely would recommend.
