Topnotch Resort

We had such a beautiful getaway at Topnotch Resort. The views are stunning and the whole experience felt peaceful and refreshing. We enjoyed a night swim in the pool and then relaxed in the outdoor hot tub surrounded by snow, which felt surreal and so relaxing. Also about 7mins away to go skiing!! There are also plenty of nearby stores, cute gift shops, and great coffee spots around Stowe, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Definitely recommend for a cozy Vermont escape.

Recently stayed at the Top Notch to celebrate my 30th birthday with family. The spa was fantastic and I had an awesome CBD massage appointment with Benjamin. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time in both in the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Poolside service from the Roost was a big plus as I didn't have to leave for lunch. Highly recommend the falafel wrap! Only drawbacks to our stay were some issues with the room. We stayed in the Moss Glen Suite. The pullout couch was uncomfortable and there was a smell in our room upon check-in. The front desk responded promptly and had the room treated but it never really went away. The dishwasher in the suite would also not stay shut and as we were getting ready to check out the bathroom sink started leaking from the drain. I would expect better quality f

Lucked into availability here during the big holiday rush. ||Kid and I had a wonderful time. The pool is awesome, the hot tub is exactly as fun as advertised, and the restaurant is shockingly good. Major shout out to Annabelle (who did not ask us to write a review for her) who was so awesome with my kid and chatted with us each night at the restaurant, so much that my kid wanted to return each and every night. The hotel has ample parking and is close enough to the ski runs or the town for a very convenient vacation. ||Worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Rooms are clean and have plenty of windows. Breakfast restaurant has beautiful views and good wide variety of breakfast items. The bar is nice with fireplaces, shuffleboard and a few big screen tvs. Shuttle to the resort every hour which is critical on busy holidays when the parking lots are full. Most importantly a great bartender.

My wife and I were recently leaving for Stowe Vermont to try and have a much needed short vacay. We booked into Topnotch throough a 3rd party hotel booking site. The recent massive 40 year record snowstorm "Fern" ended that hope. American cancelled our flight along with 20,000 others. I contacted Topnotch to try and obtain a refund. The man at the desk was of ZERO help in this endeavor. He simply refered us to the 3rd party vendor and said he could not contact them or help in any way. Of course we lost our $900. This will not "bankrupt" us, however were we a young couple and this was a huge hit, it would be different. Personally, I think it is theft and dis-honest. I could see keeping $50 a night to defer expenses on their side, however I think thier attitude and making no effort to do a
