Stonebridge Inn

Great location with with awesome amenities. Enjoyed the hot tub, steam room, gym and restaurant. My only complaint would be the gym not opening up until 8:30. I usually prefer to get workouts done in the morning and had to delay until afternoon. Hoping that changes for our next visit, however, it was overall a 5 star experience.

We had a great stay. Bed was cozy, room was cute and staff was very helpful. We got complimentary rides to and from the airport and anywhere else in the village we needed to go to (grocery store, mall, etc). The bus station for Aspen is right outside the hotel which was incredibly convenient. We also loved spending time in the hot tub, amenities were great. I would stay there again!

The location of the property was great. The entire Snowmass village is exceptionally beautiful and this property is nothing different. The views are great, the hotel is clean and decorated. The lobby is beautiful, the outdoor/pool section was beautiful. A microwave oven in the room would have been better.

Positive: Free tea and coffee. Easy to park. Not crowded. Negative: Rooms need updating. Sauna had loud music playing and too much scent added in causing me to leave. Also, pool/hot tub was closed even after the storm rolled through.

Think twice before booking at Stonebridge. Their customer service is shockingly heartless and inflexible. Just days before our stay, my partner became seriously ill. We contacted the hotel immediately and asked for one simple accommodation: to change the dates, not cancel the trip. Stonebridge refused outright. No flexibility, no empathy, no basic human decency. Instead of showing even minimal understanding, they chose to be cold and dismissive about a legitimate health emergency. As a result, we’re now being charged $1,400 for a stay we physically could not attend due to illness. If you’re looking for a place that treats guests like numbers and prioritizes policies over people, Stonebridge is perfect. If you expect compassion or reasonable customer service, look elsewhere.
