Residences at Snowmass Club

Management lies and gaslights. They take no accountability. Lap pool is 86- over 90 degrees. NOT 82 as promised. They used an INFRA RED THERMOMETER to take the pool temperature. They tried to gaslight me into believing the water was 82! I had to buy a digital thermometer to prove water was over 6 degrees warmer than reported by ALL of the staff. Spa manager is a joke. Even long time members are complaining about the new management (ie upkeep of pool and Black Saddle restaurant food has gone downhill) Pizza is inedible. Head tennis pro is unprofessional and had an outburst on the court. Repeatedly asked me to move to indoor court when I had reserved the outdoor court two days prior. Never apologized. Indoor courts are dilapidated. Ground floor units have obstructed views of bushes. No

If I could rate it less than 1 circle, I would give it a negative rating as my experience there was negative from start to finish. I am still reeling from the five days of mistreatment, gas-lighting, sleepless nights and noxious mold odors. ||Before paying for a 4 night vacation for my family of 4 in a 3 bedroom, I verified and was told by multiple people that the Snowmass Club tightly controls the temperature of the pool at 82 degrees F, 25 yards long and open at 6am. In my swimming career, any warmer and the pool might as well not exist as it's no longer conducive to lap swimming. ||Upon arriving at the Spa, I asked about the pool. The property was fantastic, it was scenic and the location away from the hustle and bustle of aspen & snowmass was perfect. The bus shuttle was incredibly convenient and timely getting to snowmass village but to aspen. The clubhouse on the property was well maintained, clean, and offered great amenities. Highly recommend!

We always stay here because of the convenient location to the lift at Two Creeks - so much easier than dealing with the Village. They also have a real spa that occupies the entire bottom of the condos. It’s amazing, classes and state of the art gym and pools etc. It also has a wonderful restaurant.

Beautiful property and amenities! Cozy condo, 3 bedrooms each with an attached bathroom and king-sized bed. Large kitchen and living areas, washer/dryer, fireplace, patio with grill - all the comforts of home surrounded by Aspen trees and star-filled night skies.
