Stiles Inn

Didn't stay. One side looked empty, there were people sitting in front of the rooms on the other side. There's nothing wrong with that. But when I went to the office, I asked for a room downstairs (I'm 81 years old and I am not going and down stairs) and she said she didn't have a room downstairs so I turned around and left.

This is an older clean property, someone could use a paint brush and go a long way to making this property a lot nicer, but worth a stay. Don't let first appearance of this older property fool you. Very close to Georgia Southern University. I stayed here for a week on business, Very nice mature couple runs the property. Quiet and clean rooms and grounds. My room had 2 beds, dining table, couch, separate vanity and closet area, and separate bathroom with full tub. The housekeeping did a great job with service daily. (although I never saw them, I knew they were there daily) Just a well run motel offering a clean uneventful stay. If I am in need of temporary housing again in this town, I will stay here again. I am not affiliated with any person at this motel.

Folks.... do I really need to fill this out? 50 dollars a night. Astounding price for the location. There are so many awesome things within walking distance. But you know darn well what you're paying for before you walk in. Everyone is so nice, but this place needs some actual money dumped into it. But hey, if you want a cheap room to crash out in, this is it.

Guy told my girlfriend the room would be 250$ plus tax a week and first charge was for 340$…..tax is 90$ now?! Moved us with no warning and didn’t even ask after just one day. Now we have two single beds and we are a couple. The wifi now won’t stay on even enough to watch Netflix. Pay the extra bucks and go anywhere else this place is a rip off. Current resident of room till end of week.

Terrible place. We work with a company who uses this hotel on a regular basis for people to stay. The owner is a big jerk. Unreasonable. Was spending tons of money with them. But the owner couldn't refund our companies money or give a room we had prepaid for a week to another person from our company. He was rude and says he didn't care. So he just lost some business with our company. He spoke over me and I couldn't even get a word in. Don't stay here. He rips off people
