Very clean, amazing staff, excellent stay! Camilla the receptionist was on staff our entire 3 day stay and was so friendly and helpful. She was always hard at work with a smile on her face. She started our stay on Christmas Day with a warm presence which remained throughout our trip. The room were great size with a small kitchen. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The gym was also decent for a hotel gym. Treadmill, elliptical, and 2 stationary bikes, dumbbells and a cable machine. The gym was also clean and did NOT have a locker room smell. If we return to Statesborro we will absolutely stay again!

Everything was great. Room had everything we needed, people were very nice, breakfast was excellent. We dealt mostly with Camellia and Jordan, who were great.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The stay was pleasant. But... The rooms.. they are old and tired. They could use a face lift and not as clean as the should be. I saw a small roach in the bathroom. I don't expect a 5 star hotel, as this is not. I expect clean.

I had an incredible experience here, all thanks to Camilla at the front desk. I was running late for a meeting and realized my car was covered in ice, and I didn't have a scraper. She went out of her way to help me clear my car so I could make my meeting. Her kindness and willingness to help saved my morning. She is truly awesome ,thank you, Camilla!

I am not a huge complainer but this one got me lol. Khadijah the front desk clerk was super nice no complaints there. THE ROOM IS AWFUL. I booked a king suite and honestly I was shocked at the condition when I arrived. The blind was torn away from the wall and had rips in it. The chair had torn arms and i don't know what those stains are lol and it didn't look like anything had been cleaned.there was even hair on the sink and on and around the bathtub and shocker It was not mine. I ran to the local Walmart and grabbed a few blankets and pillows because at that point I was just not sure how clean anything was. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
