Staybridge Suites Williamsville - Buffalo by IHG

Brandon V. Went out of his way to open the pool for my kid, immediately when maintenance was completed. So nice! The upgrades since IHG took over are wonderful, and ongoing so its only going to get better. Staff was very friendly, the new furniture is very comfortable, many charging ports available in our suite, new carpet new curtains, excellent water pressure and nice and hot. We come every year and were pleasantly surprised at the huge room we had this time. Wow! Every room is nice at this hotel, and I can't wait to stay again. Nice hot breakfast, comfortable, and a safe, convenient location. Highly reccomend.

Positive: "" Negative: I am a short person, and I could not get into the bed. I am also 82 years old. The bed should have been 12 inches lower. As a result, I did not sleep well and was exhausted on Saturday when I was attending a family reunion in the area.

Parking was easy, got in the room a bit early, staff was helpful and accommodating. Nice suite with king bed and sofa bed with a TV for each room. Room was up to date, clean, quiet, no bad smells and the bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable—I want one! Kitchen area was clean. Bathroom was new and also very clean. Free breakfast was good—even had big, fresh, blueberries and strawberries available as well as cereal, breads, eggs, sausage and waffles. I would definitely stay here again if my husband's band is invited back to play at "The Stage". |Looks like all the hotel remodeling I read some people complaining about in other, older reviews, was well worth the earlier disruption. Can’t have change/improvement without some disruption. Definitely paid off for the improvement efforts.|No

We stayed at this Staybridge hotel for almost a month, and it truly felt like home. From day one, everything was wonderful. The 2-bedroom suite was comfortable and well-maintained, it has a nice kitchen with nice basic essentials you need, the facilities were consistently clean, the pool, dining area, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Thank you all! They also serve complimentary breakfast which was nice! Social nights with snacks like tacos burgers & sodas were also fun! Staying long-term can sometimes feel impersonal in a hotel, but here it

Poor experience. The reviews indicate a recent remodeling, but cosmetics only go so far. There is no insulation from hallway /room noise. The reviews about poor water pressure and lengthy waits for hot water remain correct; on the 3rd floor, hot water took about 7-10 mins. Door slam noise is extremely loud. Bathtub stopper was broken. We left for a different hotel after night 2 of our 5 night stay.
