Hospitality Inn - Buffalo Airport

Absolutely disgusting. Holes everywhere in the walls. The beds were dirty. There was hair all over the sheets as well. Would not recommend staying. After seeing the condition of the room, I handed my room key in. I couldn’t bring myself to sleep in these beds. To add to the experience, this place did not feel like a safe place to stay. The door was beat up on the inside.

I stayed here 3 nights and had 2 rooms. I arrived late around 11pm and prior to my arrival the motel manager called to request to know when I would arrive, which was odd. The first night I checked in I got rooms that were supposed to be non smoking. One room smelled fine and the other smelled heavily of cigarettes. I went to the front desk to let them know so I could switch the room and he offered to refund me instead of staying there. I told him I needed the rooms because it was a Friday night and there was low chances of finding another location and that's why I reserved online prior to my arrival. He really pushed me to not stay. I felt he wanted to give the rooms to someone else for a higher price. I told him I would keep the rooms and that I wanted to switch the one smoky room as soon

1st good bed I've had post covid. 🆕 Tempur-Pedic. No gaps around door. Fan has high setting. Quieter. 🆕 high Kohler toilet in large bathroom. Shower control at perfect height, midway up. Beautiful oak flooring, pale 🥑 walls & doors! 😍 Room is square: seems more like an apartment. ✈️ noise is not that bothersome, & I'm noise sensitive Beautiful patch of woods with a picnic bench behind.

First, the only positive is the bed was comfortable. The mirror over the vanity was filthy, the door would not lock from the inside, free morning coffee had no cups and it was incredibly noisy. Some of the other rooms were rented by some pretty sketchy looking people. The room smelt like weed all night as it wafted in from the outside. Do not stay here!!

Absolutely disgusting! We checked in during a really bad snowstorm. The room was not good. The toilet wouldn't flush. We asked the front desk about it. Their response was just to look under the top of the tank and push the black button. Seriously?! That didn't work. We figured we'd leave very early in the a.m. and deal with that issue. But the door to the room wouldn't even lock!! Two deadbolts were installed. The first deadbolt knob would only turn. Upon opening the door, I saw the knob was only a dummy. There was no bolt. The next one wouldn't even turn at all. It was badly installed. It would only turn when the door is open. Not secure at all!! Again, we called the front desk to inquire about another room.
